Depth Of Field update!

No microscopic world is complete without Depth of Field blurring!
It was a little tricky to get Unity DoF to work with all those URP transparent bacteria and biofilm... to avoid hacky hacks, some model simplification had to be done.
Oh and the antibiotic colours now actually match their counterpart resistance genes ;) Plus a few new improvements for look, feel and performance.
